Chicago, IL (August 6, 2024) – An early morning crash on I-90 caused a handful of victim injuries and massive delays for commuters on Tuesday, August 6.
According to officers with the Chicago Police Department, a two-vehicle crash involving a semi happened just before 5:00 a.m. on the inbound lanes of the Kennedy Expressway near Montrose. The crash also affected traffic into the Kennedy junction from the Edens Expressway. Authorities shut down the two right lanes as they cleared up the crash and EMTs responded.

Alsip, IL (August 5, 2024) – The Tri-State Tollway in Alsip was blocked by a multi-vehicle pileup on Monday evening, August 5, per local authorities.
The crash happened on the Tri-State (Interstate 294) near the Cicero Avenue exit, according to witness reports. Joliet, IL (August 5, 2024) – A person died in a Lincoln Highway crash near Joliet and New Lenox on Monday, according to troopers with the Illinois State Police.
