Chicago, IL (July 3, 2024) – Chicago police released details about the driver of a van involved in a hit-and-run that seriously injured a 13-year-old girl over the weekend on the city’s South Side.

Aurora, IL (July 1, 2024) – According to troopers with the Illinois State Police who responded to the incident, some lanes were closed on Interstate 88 in Chicago’s west suburbs Monday afternoon after a semi-truck and trailer crashed and caught fire.

State troopers responded about noon to westbound I-88 at Farnsworth Avenue in Aurora for a reported crash between the truck and another vehicle, police said. It was not immediately clear what caused the crash, but police said the truck caught fire.

Evanston, IL (June 29, 2024) – Officials in Evanston were called to the scene of an injury crash on Thursday night, June 27th. The crash occurred just before 9:00 p.m. at the intersection of Emerson Street and McCormick Boulevard.

According to reports from the scene, two cars were involved in the collision. Both vehicles sustained significant damage in the intersection.
