Chicago, IL (March 26, 2024) – At least one person was injured following a two-vehicle crash at a heavily trafficked intersection in the city’s River North neighborhood on Tuesday morning, per area authorities.
According to the Chicago Police Department, the crash occurred at approximately 3:40 a.m. in the 600 block of North LaSalle Street. A Chevy SUV collided with a Mazda sedan while traveling eastbound in the region, police said. The Chevy driver was transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition, while the Mazda driver’s condition was unknown. Officials said citations are pending, but an investigation is still ongoing.

Chicago, IL (March 25, 2024) – Three people, including a state trooper, were hurt in an overnight collision, according to police. The incident occurred around 2:45 a.m. on Monday when a squad car responding to a previous crash was parked and blocking a lane on southbound Interstate 94 near 63rd Street.
Shortly thereafter, a collision involving a gray Jeep and an Illinois Department of Transportation truck took place. Chicago, IL (March 24, 2024) – One person is dead, and two others are critically injured after an early Sunday morning crash in the south suburbs just outside of Chicago, fire officials said.
The Chicago Fire Department said the crash happened in Evergreen Park in the 3400 block of West 87th Street, near South Central Park Avenue. One person died, and two others were taken to local hospitals in critical condition, CFD said. However, the events that led to the crash and how many vehicles were involved were unclear. Chicago police said Evergreen Park police are handling the investigation.

Chicago, IL (March 23, 2024) – One person was killed, and two others were hurt in a major crash involving three vehicles in Schiller Park just before midnight Friday evening.
Debris was scattered in the street near Cullom Road and River Road, and the roads were shut down for nearly twelve hours. One person was found dead at the scene, and two others were rushed to Lutheran General Hospital with serious injuries. It’s unclear what led to the crash.
