In brief, the Supreme Court’s Loper Bright Enters. v. Raimondo decision eliminates the longstanding “Chevron deference” rule which required courts to defer to an administrative agency’s interpretation of otherwise ambiguous statutes, provided that the interpretation is “reasonable.”
