In Bensenberg v. FCA US LLC, Donna Bensenberg (“Decedent”) filed suit to recover damages on a theory of strict product liability for injuries she sustained from an auto accident after her vehicle’s front airbag did not deploy. 31 F.4th 529 (7th Cir. 2022).
