On April 7, Baker Sterchi Member Gregorio Silva will co-present the National Business Institute (NBI) CLE course, “Ensuring Local Governments Comply With the Law – Kansas Guide.” The program will address current disputes and challenges facing municipalities and offer strategies for managing them.

Silva is a member of the firm’s Governmental Agencies/Public Entities Practice Group and co-chairs the Financial Services Practice Group. His civil litigation practice includes defending clients in the financial services, transportation and propane industries. He also serves as the board social media coordinator for the Hispanic Bar Association of Greater Kansas City, is a Leadership Counsel on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Success in Law School Program mentor, and is an LCLD Fellows Program alumnus.

Based in the firm’s Kansas City, Missouri office, Silva earned his law degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Missouri, Kansas, Alaska, Arizona, California and Nevada.
