She’s also an entrepreneur and founder of Audette Law, a business and IP law firm for women CEOs, founders and creators. Before that, she spent 15 years as a litigator at a global law firm, providing clients with IP and business legal solutions, managing risk and preventing issues before they arose.

Jenny focuses her legal practice on transactional matters in the entertainment and media space, especially for TV, film and theater business affairs. She has a unique background in theater production, having earned her MFA from Columbia University. Her 10+ years of work in the theater community give her insight into the specific needs and challenges of her entertainment industry clients.
Roxy Hernandez

Roxy is an experienced personal assistant whose diverse background also spans on-set coordination and operations management. She’s well-versed in the fashion and beauty industries, and has worked for brands including Gallery Department, Bottega Veneta, KKW Beauty, SavageXFenty and more before joining Jayaram.
Alanna Byrne
Marketing Manager
With over a decade of experience in marketing and communications, Alanna began her career in journalism, reporting for B2B publications in the legal and financial sectors. She has spent the last 10 years shaping communication strategies for law firms—first at a major international firm, and now as Jayaram’s marketing manager.
