She is a past chair of the Board of Directors for ALFA International (ALFA) and a past chair and current steering committee member of ALFA’s Product Liability Practice Group. Stubbs is licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas.

The Ross T. Roberts Trial Academy is an annual program organized in conjunction with the KCMBA Young Lawyers Section and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. The program trains new lawyers in trial advocacy skills, providing guidance from experienced litigators and judges and opportunities to practice trial techniques in a realistic courtroom setting.
