Mays, IL (September 19, 2024) – According to the Paris Police and Fire Departments, portions of Illinois Hwy 133 were closed west of Paris due to a crash with injuries on Wednesday, September 18.
Illinois State Police report that a crash occurred on the highway at North 800 between a farm truck and a semi-truck. The driver of the farm truck was airlifted to a hospital with major injuries. That said, no additional information was provided by police in the meantime; however, citations may be pending, and the local police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
