Chicago, IL (May 20, 2024) – A crash reported in the East Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago ended in injuries. The crash occurred at around 3:30 p.m. on May 20.
According to area law enforcement, vehicles collided on West Madison Street near North Washtenaw Avenue. Two vehicles came to rest in the center of the road. The incident prompted authorities to shut down the intersection to remove the involved vehicles. Paramedics responded to care for injured victims. At least one of the people involved in the crash was transported to a local hospital for further medical care. The accident is being investigated.
