Former attorney arrested for murder in Boca Raton

Brandon Labiner of Boca Raton, Florida, was arrested over the weekend and charged with first-degree murder. The thirty-four-year-old previously worked as an attorney, but his license was suspended in April. The suspension came after his father, Paul Labiner, sued Brandon and his wife over half a million dollars that was allegedly stolen from a trust fund. 

Paul Labiner is rumored to be the victim of this weekend’s murder, as his law office is connected to the parking garage where a man was murdered on Saturday afternoon. According to the affidavit, the murder suspect was tracked down due to multiple security cameras in the area.
