A Hamptons Farmhouse Hits the Market After More Than a Century in the Same Family

Im-604694A historic farmhouse in East Hampton, built around 1880, has hit the market. Located a few hundred feet from Accabonac Harbor, the 11-acre property has been kept within the same family for more than a century.

After inheriting their childhood home from their mother in 2008, brothers Cleon and Carter Dodge are looking to sell the property, which is located in a historic district. This means that buyers hoping to carry out exterior renovations or build additions will need approval by the town.
