Baker Sterchi attorney Branden Brooks is featured in the “Paths to Success” section of the Summer 2021 issue of Boston College Law School Magazine.
In the feature, Brooks observes that one of the things he likes best about Baker Sterchi is its “Road to Success Program.” Recognizing that success looks different for each person, Baker Sterchi offers its attorneys alternative paths to fit goals and life circumstances. Paths range from equity membership and contract attorney to part-time and reduced billable hour goals.
Brooks recently joined Baker Sterchi as an associate attorney in St. Louis. He is experienced at defending manufacturers in toxic tort and product liability actions. As a former prosecutor, Brooks represented the State of Missouri in prosecuting individuals charged with felony offenses within the City of St. Louis, gained valuable experience in both jury and bench trials, and argued hundreds of primary hearings to assist the Court in making probable cause determinations regarding felonious matters and presented cases to the Grand Jury.
Brooks earned his law degree from Boston College, his undergraduate degree from Ursinus College, and M.Div from Harvard Divinity School. He is admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois.
