Are courts still open in my area? Will my court date be rescheduled?

The vast majority of court dates throughout our main geographic areas, including Cook, Lake and DuPage Counties, have been postponed through mid-April. Most courthouses themselves remain open with limited staff. Notices will be sent by mail from the Clerk of the Circuit Court with updated court appearance dates.
