The application forms for Illinois adult use cannabis dispensaries are now available through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for the first round of cannabis dispensaries that will be issued licenses by May 1, 2020. The Department will be accepting cannabis dispensary license applications starting on December 10, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. through noon on January 2, 2020 (if you’re in line at that time, they’ll take your application).
