Illinois Lawyer Now, the ISBA’s recently launched blog aggregation site, now features nearly 70 contributors throughout the state.
The site hosts content from members’ legal blogs, as well as original ISBA substantive legal news. ISBA member bloggers or firms with at least one ISBA member are encouraged to submit their blogs for inclusion by filling out a short online form.
Illinois Lawyer Now is a complimentary member benefit that was created to highlight the excellent writing of ISBA members. While the average firm’s legal blog is seen by only those who visit its website, inclusion on Illinois Lawyer Now will amplify the content’s exposure. Since the posts on Illinois Lawyer Now link back to the firm’s website, this helps to boost the firm website’s search engine optimization.
Additionally, LexBlog editors will be monitoring Illinois Lawyer Now to promote high-value, ISBA-member blog content on LexBlog, and the editors of Fastcase, a legal research platform that ISBA provides to members, will also be pulling quality content into its legal research database.
